  1. The Condominium should be used by the guest wha made the reservation, not third parties.<\/span><\/li>
  2. The maximum occupancy per condominium is 4 people.<\/span><\/li>
  3. No more than two visitors allowed per condominium during the day, no overnight visitors.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  4. Terraria Condominiums are smoke free. So please no smoking inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  5. No pets allowed , sorry.<\/span><\/li>
  6. The Common area on the Third Floor is only for Guests (no visitors) It is a Small area , so we keep it for Guests only.<\/span><\/li>
  7. The use of the Common Area with the pool is at your own risk. Terraria Condominiums is not liable for loss or damage to any persons property, not for injury or death of any person whether such loss or damage to property or injury or death is as a result of the negligence of the condominiums or not.<\/span><\/li>
  8. After use of the common area please clean after yourself.<\/span><\/li>
  9. Check in is at 2:00 pm and Check out is at 12:00 pm , in case you need a special request please let us know and we will check for availability.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
